The 960 is currently available for $240 in the 4GB models and many models offer a free copy of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt for your trouble. You'll get slightly better performance than the 760 in most cases. Instead, you're much better off picking up one of last year's Nvidia offerings: the GTX 960. You won't be finding many these days at a reasonable price, but there's no need to look if you're buying new. If you have one, stick with it as it's a great card.
